Return/Cancellation Policy
- Above all, we reserve right to refuse our service(s) with/without disclosing reason.
-Our staff have the right to work without fear of abuse or intimidation. Threatening or abusive words or behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- We accept return as per FMCG business regulations in Taiwan. Additionally, if product has quality issue (opened or unopened) we can accept return or exchange. Incase of such issue contact us on hello@forin-mart.com or call us at 02-25772827 our team will assist further.
-Customer have to arrange shipping for returning goods if goods are delivered by logistics under free shipping option.
-Forin-Mart reserve rights to ask for Taiwan photo ID for the legal record of payment refund. Payment will be refunded by Bank Transfer Only.
